Order Breast Self-Exam Cards

Siemens Medical Systems and Imaginis.com have collaborated to create a breast self-exam shower card. These cards provide a convenient way for women to remember to perform their monthly breast self-exams. Illustrations and simple explanations of the proper techniques are provided on a durable, aesthetically pleasing shower card.

Breast self-exam cards are double-sided with English on one side and Spanish on the other.

If you are ordering in bulk, a quantity of 100 cards is $62.50. You may either call us with your credit card information or send us a check payable to Imaginis Corporation.

Order Free Breast Health Awareness Cards

Siemens Medical Systems has created a 2 in. by 3.5 in. (5 cm x 8.9 cm) printed card for healthcare professionals to give to patients interested in learning more about breast health or for any organization which is interested in increasing awareness about breast health to distribute. While supplies last these cards may be ordered free of charge (batch of 200 cards, normal list price $15.00).
