It almost feels like it is bruised but also i am having a sharp pain in my nipple that lasts a few seconds. neeZy unregistered	posted October 09, 2005 11:03 PM Hello- I am 23 also and 2 weeks ago, I started having shap shooting pains in my upper right breast nd right behind the nipple, especially after I try to work out. I have had breast tenderness before from working out but never sharp pains like this before. The pain is sharp and lasts for a couple seconds to a couple minutes and. Should I be worried? IP: Logged
